This page explains how to delete data held by Kabooly CRM (crm.kabooly.com), including any data imported from a connected Facebook Page.
Your Options
You can delete your Kabooly CRM data in any of the following ways.
Delete data yourself in the app
- Delete individual contacts: Open a contact and use the delete option to remove it and its associated data from your account
- Disconnect a Facebook Page: In your account settings, disconnect the Page. This stops Kabooly importing any new leads from that Page
Request deletion by email
To delete your entire account, or if you would prefer us to delete specific data for you, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us whether you want specific data removed or your entire account deleted. Deleting your account removes all of your data, including every contact and any leads imported from connected Facebook Pages.
What We Delete
On a verified request we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Your account details
- Contacts and related records stored in your account
- Any leads imported from connected Facebook Pages
Timeframe
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. A limited amount of information may be retained for longer where we are required to keep it by law, after which it is deleted.
Facebook Data
If you connected a Facebook Page, disconnecting it in your account settings stops Kabooly importing any new leads from that Page. Leads that were already imported are stored as contacts in your account and are deleted when you delete those contacts, delete your account, or submit a deletion request as described above.
