We take care of the technical setup: building your lead capture forms, configuring workflows and automations, and adjusting things as your needs change. You get a properly configured CRM without needing to become a technical expert.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely in European data centres (Ireland), encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and are fully GDPR compliant. You maintain full control over your data and can export or delete it at any time.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Absolutely. Whether your contacts are in a spreadsheet, a CSV export, or another CRM, we'll handle the migration for you. Just send us your data and we'll get everything imported and organised in your Kabooly account.
What support do you offer?
We provide dedicated human support, no chatbots. You can reach our UK-based team via email, and we respond during business hours. For Enterprise customers, we provide a dedicated account manager and priority support.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
There are no long-term contracts. Kabooly is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period and can export all your data.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, there is a 30-day free trial. You add a card when you sign up, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Sign up at crm.kabooly.com/register and start straight away.
Is Kabooly GDPR compliant?
Yes, Kabooly is fully GDPR compliant. We're a UK-based company with European data storage, which simplifies compliance. We provide tools for managing consent, handling subject access requests, and deleting data when required.
Can multiple team members use the same account?
Yes. All our plans include multiple team members: 3 on Starter, 10 on Professional, and unlimited on Enterprise. Team members can collaborate on contacts, deals, and campaigns with appropriate access controls.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For Enterprise customers, we can also arrange invoicing and bank transfers.
