Who we are

Kabooly Marketing is provided by KABOOLY LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described below. You can reach us at [email protected].

Information we collect

Your account

• Your email address and, if you register with a password, a secure hash of that password
• Whether your email address has been verified
• If you sign in with Google, your Google account email address and basic profile details
• Session records, including the time of sign in, your IP address and your browser's user agent

Your business profile

• Business name, a description of what your business does, and your website address
• Who your customers are and the area you cover
• Your tone of voice and your list of services or products
• Your brand colours and the logo you upload or accept

What the tool produces

• The advert topics, advert text and images generated for you, and any edits you make
• Counts of how many adverts and images you have generated, so we can apply the usage limits

Reading your website

If you give us your website address, our server fetches that page and its stylesheets to work out your brand colours and find your logo. We only read pages that are already public, we only do it when you ask, and we store only the colours found and a copy of the logo image.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account, and to verify your email address
• To write advert text and generate advert images from your business profile
• To save your adverts to your library so you can copy and download them later
• To apply the daily and per minute limits that keep the service fair and affordable
• To keep the service working, including error logs

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your business profile or your adverts to train our own models.

Who processes your information

We use a small number of providers to run the service:

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and the emails that carry your verification and password reset codes
• Anthropic: the Claude model that writes your advert text and suggests topics. Your business profile and topic are sent with each request
• Google: the Gemini model that generates your advert images, and Google sign in if you use it. Your prompt and, where you have one, your logo are sent with each request. We ask Google not to store these requests

These providers process data on our instructions. Processing may take place outside the United Kingdom, in which case appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.

How long we keep it

Your account, business profile and adverts are kept until you delete them. You can delete any advert, along with its images, from its page in your library. You can delete your whole account from the Settings screen, which removes your profile, every advert and every image straight away and cannot be undone. If you would rather we did it, email [email protected].

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable form. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

Kabooly Marketing sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies in the tool.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
