Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Kabooly CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to use Kabooly CRM for business contact management purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Kabooly at any time.
Under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials or software
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of intended CRM functionality
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and current
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Kabooly CRM to:

- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or viruses

Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you store in Kabooly CRM. We do not claim ownership of your contact data, communications, or other information you input into the system. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
Payment and Billing
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing and payment terms in effect at the time. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
