Referral Programme Terms

These terms apply to the Kabooly CRM referral programme. For general terms, please see our Terms of Service.
How It Works
Existing Kabooly CRM clients can earn a 20% discount on their current subscription fee by referring new clients to the platform. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the referral discount:
- You must be an existing Kabooly CRM client with an active, paid subscription
- The person you refer must be a new client who has not previously held a Kabooly CRM account
When the Discount Is Applied
The 20% discount is not applied immediately. The referred client must first:
- Sign up for a Kabooly CRM account
- Complete the 30-day free trial
- Pay for 3 consecutive months of their subscription
Once these conditions are met, the 20% discount will be applied to the referring client's subscription from their next billing cycle.
Discount Details
- The discount is 20% of your current subscription fee at the time the referral qualifies
- The discount applies for the lifetime of your subscription
- Multiple referral discounts are applied compounding (each 20% is calculated on your current fee, not the original price)
- Your subscription fee will never reach zero
How to Refer
When your referral signs up for Kabooly CRM, they should enter your company name or your name in the "Referred by" field on the registration form. This allows us to track the referral back to your account.
General Conditions
- Kabooly reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time
- Any changes will not affect discounts already applied to your account
- Kabooly reserves the right to reject referrals that appear fraudulent or that do not meet the eligibility criteria
- This programme cannot be combined with any other promotional offers unless stated otherwise
