The property portals do most of the work of showing buyers what you have on. Your own website has a different audience: the homeowner thinking about selling or letting, who has three local agents in mind and wants to know which to call for a valuation. That person reads your site properly.
They are looking for local knowledge, a sense of how you sell compared with the big chains, what your fees and terms look like, and whether real people in their street have been happy with you. A site that is mostly a clunky property search does not answer any of that.
We design a site built around winning instructions, host it, and make changes as your team, fees, branches and services move on.
