Managed Website Service for personal trainers

A personal training website that gets people past the first message

Most people thinking about a PT are nervous about the first session before they have even booked it. We build a site that puts them at ease, then run it for £50 a month.

Why your Instagram is not enough on its own

Plenty of trainers get by on social media and word of mouth for a while. The trouble starts when someone hears your name from a friend, searches for you, and finds a feed of workout clips with no prices, no location and no obvious way to ask a question. They mean to message you later, and they forget.

The people who hire a PT are rarely gym regulars already. They are often starting again after an injury, a baby or years behind a desk, and they want to know you will not shout at them. A proper website lets you explain who you train, where you train them and what the first few weeks look like, in a way a grid of posts never quite manages.

We design and build that site for you, host it, keep it secure and make your changes. When you move gyms, change your packages or start running outdoor sessions, you send us a message and the site is updated.

The pages

Pages that suit a training business

Your site is designed around how you work, but most trainers get the best results from a structure like this.

  • Who I train

Be specific: beginners, people coming back from injury, older clients building strength, busy parents. Visitors decide quickly whether you are for them, so tell them.

  • Packages and prices

Session lengths, block bookings, small group options and what a consultation involves. Clients who know the cost before they enquire are far better enquiries.

  • Where we train

The gym, studio, park or home visits you offer, with the areas you cover. This matters for local search as much as it does for the client.

  • Results and reviews

Testimonials from real clients in their own words, with their permission. Keep them honest; realistic stories persuade more than dramatic before and after claims.

  • About me

Your qualifications, insurance and the kind of coach you are. People are trusting you with their body and often their confidence, so let them get a sense of you.

  • Book a consultation

A simple form asking for their goal and when they are free, so your first reply can be useful rather than a list of questions.

Things we pay attention to for trainers

  • Built for thumbs

Your clients will mostly find you on a phone, often between other things. Prices, location and the contact form are easy to reach without hunting through menus.

  • Keeping timetables accurate

Class times, bootcamp dates and holiday closures go out of date fast. Send us the change and we update the text so nobody turns up to an empty park.

  • Local search

Most people search for a trainer near their home or work. The site has search engine foundations built in, and we help you set up your Google Business Profile.

  • An email address that looks the part

A business email at your own domain reads better on a proposal to a corporate client or a gym owner than a personal account does.

What a website customer says

Rated 5 out of 5

An outstanding service, from initial consultation to going live. David combines evident knowledge and technical skill in web-design and maintenance with a genuine human interest. He listens, engages and advises, and we could not be happier with the outcome. On top of that, he makes suggestions and offers guidance on how to optimise the site and gain traction over time, based on his extensive experience in the field. We strongly recommend David, and Kabooly.

Questions from personal trainers

What does the £50 a month include?

Design and build, your domain name, hosting, an SSL certificate, business email at your domain, and ongoing text and image changes. There is no setup fee.

Can clients book sessions through the site?

Every site has a contact form. If you also use the Kabooly CRM, we can add its booking widget so clients can choose a session time themselves.

Can you use my own training photos?

Yes. Send us your photos and we use them across the site. We do not provide photography, so good, well lit shots of you working with clients are worth getting.

I train in more than one location. Can the site show that?

Yes. We can set out each gym, studio or area you cover, and change it whenever your locations change.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. There is no long contract, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
