Integrations
Last updated
Open Integrations → All Integrations to see each integration, whether it is connected, and its Connect or Manage button. Admins see all four. A member sees Calendar Sync, for their own calendar.
Calendar sync
Each person connects their own Google or Outlook calendar:
- Open Integrations → Calendar Sync.
- Click Connect beside Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, sign in and allow access. You can connect one of the two at a time; to switch, disconnect the other first.
- Choose the calendar to use under Select Calendar.
When you connect Outlook, Microsoft first warns that the app is not verified. You can carry on past the warning. On a work account, your IT admin may need to approve the connection.
Once connected:
- bookings assigned to you appear on your calendar, including the upcoming ones you already had
- times your calendar shows as busy are kept out of the booking widget, so nobody can book over them
- a cancelled booking stays on your calendar marked [CANCELLED]; a deleted or reassigned booking is removed
- changes go one way, from the CRM to your calendar; changes made in your calendar do not come back
Turn Sync bookings to this calendar off to pause it, or disconnect at any time. Your bookings stay in the CRM either way.
Google Analytics
Admins only.
Count your form and booking leads as conversions in Google Analytics 4:
- Open Integrations → Google Analytics and enter your GA4 Measurement ID, which looks like G-XXXXXXXXXX. You find it in Google Analytics under Admin, Data Streams.
- Add the Kabooly listener script shown on the page to your website, where Google Analytics is already installed.
Your forms then send a generate_lead event, and your booking widget a booking_complete event. Forms using the Your Own Form code send them without the listener.
Where your contacts come from is tracked in the CRM either way; see tracking and attribution.
Google Tag Manager
Admins only.
If you manage tracking with Google Tag Manager instead:
- Open Integrations → Google Tag Manager and enter your container ID, which looks like GTM-XXXXXXX.
- Add the Kabooly listener script shown on the page to your website, where Tag Manager is already installed.
- In Tag Manager, create Custom Event triggers for generate_lead and booking_complete, and use them in your tags.
If you set up both Google Analytics and Tag Manager, check each lead is counted only once.
Facebook Lead Ads
Admins only.
Bring leads from your Facebook and Instagram lead forms straight into your contacts:
- Open Integrations → Facebook Lead Ads, click Connect a Facebook Page and sign in to Facebook.
- Under Choose the pages to connect, tick your Pages. If a Page is not listed, add it in Facebook (Settings, Business integrations) and connect again.
- For each Page, pick its Lead form to import and set the Field mapping: which question fills email, first name, last name, phone and company, and which go to your contact properties.
- Save.
Each new lead then:
- becomes a contact, with the source Facebook Lead Ads and the form’s name, and the medium paid social
- keeps every other answer, and its Meta lead ID, as custom fields, plus a note listing all the answers
- alerts your admins in the CRM and by email
Disconnect stops a Page’s leads arriving.
