Reports

Last updated

The Reports section of the menu holds four reports. Account Usage is for admins; everyone sees the other three.

Email campaigns

Reports → Email Campaigns lists every campaign sent, and each one has its own report of deliveries, opens, clicks and unsubscribes. See campaign results.

Deals pipeline

Reports → Deals Pipeline shows your pipeline’s figures, then:

  • Pipeline by Stage: the open deals in each stage and their value, in your stage order
  • This Month’s Activity: the deals won and lost this month

Tracking and attribution

Reports → Tracking & Attribution shows where your contacts come from and which campaigns bring them in. Choose a date range at the top. The report shows:

  • counts of the contacts with tracking, and the sources behind them
  • Top Traffic Sources, Top Campaigns, Top Campaign IDs and Top Traffic Mediums, counted in contacts
  • match type, device and network, from paid search ads
  • Source Category Breakdown and Ad Platform Breakdown
  • Campaign Performance: for each campaign, the contacts it brought in, the deals they became, the revenue and the conversion rate
  • Form Performance: for each form, its submissions, the contacts created, the conversion rate and its top sources
  • Contact Attribution: each contact’s source, medium and campaign
  • Custom Field Attribution: contacts broken down by a custom field or contact property

Click a bar or a row to open the contacts behind it, and use Download CSV to take the figures away.

Tracking comes from the campaign tags (UTM parameters), ad click IDs and referring site that your forms and booking widget pick up from the page address, and from Facebook lead ads. It does not need Google Analytics. To make the most of it, tag the links in your ads, emails and posts with UTM parameters.

Account usage

Admins only.

Reports → Account Usage shows how much of your plan you are using: contacts, team members, marketing lists, email templates, active deals, forms, automations and emails sent this month. See plan limits.
